These terms govern your use of the Asset Bridge website at assetbridgemaine.com and our text messaging program. Asset Bridge LLC ("Asset Bridge," "we," "us," or "our") is a Maine limited liability company. By using this website or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms.
Our services
Asset Bridge provides scheduled courier and delivery services for pharmacies, dental labs, clinics, and other healthcare businesses in southern Maine. Delivery services are provided under a separate written service agreement with each client. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the service agreement controls.
Quotes
Quotes provided through this website, by phone, or by email are estimates based on the information you give us. A quote becomes binding only when it is included in a signed service agreement.
Text messaging program terms
- Program: Asset Bridge service and scheduling messages.
- What you'll receive: messages about quote requests, scheduling, delivery updates, and account service.
- How you opt in: by checking the text message consent box on our website form, or by giving us your mobile number and asking to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency: varies based on your requests and service activity.
- Costs: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.

- Carriers: wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile numbers or text message consent with third parties for marketing purposes.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not submit patient health information through our website forms. All content on this website belongs to Asset Bridge LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
